ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЬ ЧИНОВНИЦЬКОГО АПАРАТУ ПІДРОСІЙЬКОЇ УКРАЇНИ ЗА ПОРУШЕННЯ СЛУЖБОВИХ ОБОВ'ЯЗКІВ В ХІХ СТ.

The article describes the content of the state policy on the responsibility of the bureaucratic apparatus of the Russian Ukraine for breach of official duties. The basic measures concerning types of responsibility of officials before the state are investigated. The sources and historiography of the research problem are analyzed. Circulars and decrees issued by the Senate in relation to the bureaucratic apparatus also deal with civil servants of various ranks who were to be held responsible for violating their direct duties. The purpose of the study highlights the peculiarities of the responsibility of the bureaucratic apparatus of the n Ukraine of the nineteenth century. The study used the historical-system method, logical-analytical, analysis and synthesis and other generalization methods. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
