Abstract
- The article explores the use of natural ventilation and passive cooling systems in hospitals and health care facilities in Asia. Emphasis is given to the ventilation system design for the Ng Teng Fong General Hospital in Singapore and the XiangYa Hospital in Changsha, China. Other topics include infection control, building codes, and the Peace Island Medical Center in Washington state.
