Abstract

The article focuses the development of international government policies that impact the economic and social well-being of indigenous people in Uganda. Topics discussed include the impacts of state-induced landlessness and historical injustices due to the creation of conservation areas to indigenous people, the factors of human rights violation and the continued impoverishment, social and political exploitation and marginalization in the country.
