Abstract
- The article discusses the highlights of the Regional Conference for Women in Physics held on April 25-27, 2016 at the National Center for Physics in Islamabad, Pakistan. The event was attended by around 100 researchers and students. The conference centered on the need to develop scientists as well as the science itself, specifically how to support the careers of women in physics.
