Abstract
- The article informs that the pastry chef Karen Hatfield rediscovers simple frosty pleasures of fluffy watermelon granita. She also shares experiences of her love with granita as a palate cleanser when she was a young girl eating through the Zagatrated restaurants of Los Angeles, California. It also presents a recipe for Watermelon Granita with Hibiscus syrup and yoghurt.
