Abstract

The article presents information related to the decreasing number of summer job employment in the U.S. It is noted that nearly 60% of U.S. teenagers were working or looking for work during the peak summer months 40 years ago while the number was just 35% in 2016. According to Toby Wolf, director of marketing at the boardwalk, it is getting harder to find students that will work.
