Abstract

The article focuses on the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA's) Precipitation Measurement Missions (PMM). NASA determines the success and relevance of its missions by understanding and quantifying how the data are applied within different communities of end users, including national weather and hydrology agencies.
