Abstract
- The article presents an overview of the satirical "Primer of French Journalism," by Heinrich von Kleist appropriates the form of the instruction manual to expose the process by which fake news is manufactured and disseminated in the media. The introduction part of the book explicates the design of a system that can be termed French journalism. Part 2, on the other hand, describes French journalism as the art of convincing the people of whatever the government considers good. Meanwhile, Part 3 of the book discusses the business of the government.
