The article focuses on the inflationary concern related to re-defining the marriage laws and the freedom of religion in the U.S. Topics discussed include effects of the legal redefinition of marriage as experienced by religious law schools; analysis of Trinity Western University law school v. The Law Soc'y of B.C case involving intolerance of religious institutions; and role of judicial review on same.
