Abstract

The article presents author's views of human's wrong thoughts and crime, and Thought Crime concept and legal actions for crime to think the wrong thoughts. It discusses criminal laws, punishable thought crimes, and the Act Requirements. It also discusses the impact of a digital world, social media and web searching on thought crime and also argues for web-based communications and use of Internet for appealing to criminals.
