Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 48-year-old HIV-positive MSM on antiretroviral therapy presented with bilateral inguinal lymphadenopathy. It mentions that colonoscopic examination revealed several white ulcers on bowel mucosa in the proximal rectum. It further reveals diagnosis of lymphogranuloma venereum (LGV) proctocolitis mimicking inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in the HIV-positive MSM.
