From Business Reengineering to Management Reengineering - A European Study.

Up to now, business reengineering mainly was derived from pragmatic experiences rather than from theoretical considerations. The present paper reports about the perception of top managers of Swiss and German companies about the importance and realization of business reengineering processes.
