Abstract
- The article focuses on the concept of silent airports. It is noted that to cut down on noise, a number of leading hubs around the world are utilizing technology. It is mentioned that in terms of frequency and range, Warsaw Chopin Airport began limiting the number of announcements while similar changes have been made at Cork Airport in Ireland.
