- Examines the formation and metabolism of leukotriene C<subscript>4</subscript> in macrophages exposed to bacterial lipopolysaccharide. Stimulation of resident mouse peritoneal macrophages to produce leukotriene C<subscript>4</subscript>; Synthesis in control cultures; Use of reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography, ultraviolet spectrometry and radioimmunoassay; Incubation conditions.
