The European organization for research and treatment of cancer - satisfaction with cancer care questionnaire: revision and extended application development.

The article reports on steps taken to produce a satisfaction with cancer care core questionnaire for both the inpatient and outpatient care settings and a complementary cancer outpatient satisfaction with care module. Topics discussed include issues for outpatient care domains that were not addressed sufficiently by the questionnaire and operationalization of issues into questionnaire items.
