- The article discusses the relatively low percentage of women making frequently U.S. Supreme Court appearances as advocates before the court. Topics include the role of experience in the U.S. Office of the Solicitor General, the significance of experience with clerkship for justices on the court, and the employers of men and women who argue before the court.
