Abstract

The article focuses on a study related to endoscopic and microscopic transsphenoidal surgery of patients for pituitary adenoma removal. It mentions patients underwent preoperatively to volumetric magnetic resonance imaging and computerized tomography scanning for surgical planning and neuronavigation. It also mentions modification of endonasal structure anatomy like nasal septum is considered as the main cause of rhinological complications, such as sinusitis and epistasis.
