Abstract: Samples from NixCo<subscript>3-x</subscript>O<subscript>4</subscript> system, with different dopant content, x, have been prepared by means of Pechini method. The materials are characterized by physical chemical methods, i.e. X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy. The conductivity has been determined by impedance spectroscopy analysis.
