Abstract

The article discusses how most of automobile manufacturer Volkswagen's cars sold in the U.S. are made in Germany or the U.S., leading to more exposure to U.S. border taxes. Particular attention is given to the potential impact of trade disputes between the U.S. and Mexico as well as how Volkswagen's status compares to its competitors.
