Abstract

Prussian Blue type Na<subscript>2</subscript>MnFe(CN)<subscript>6</subscript> was prepared by direct precipitation method and a subsequent drying procedure as a cathode material for aqueous rechargeable sodium-ion batteries. XRD patterns showed that Na<subscript>2</subscript>MnFe(CN)<subscript>6</subscript> has a typical Prussian Blue structure with space group Fm3m. Na<subscript>2</subscript>MnFe(CN)<subscript>6</subscript> presents good electrochemical behaviors at 10 mAg<superscript>-1</superscript> discharge current density with specific capacity 73.1 mAhg<superscript>-1</superscript> after 30 cycles. The results show that Na<subscript>2</subscript>MnFe(CN)<subscript>6</subscript> could be a potential cathode material for aqueous Sodium-ion battery. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
