Supporting less experienced physicians to write a paper: A proposal to introduce such a system on an academic society basis.

The article focuses on the writing the medical paper and encouraging the writers retired from the academic front-line. Topics discussed include situation related to Jichi Medical University of Japan in following rural medical practice for gaining experience, paper-writing support program started by the Clinical Research Support Team (CRST) for encouraging the writers; and steps taken by the CRST members in encouraging the writers.
