Lip swelling: An unusual presentation of post kala-azar dermal leishmaniasis.

Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 55-year-old man who was diagnosed with an asymptomatic, increasing and non-tender localized swelling affecting the left half of his upper lip. The patient then went histopathologic examination which showed atrophic epidermis and a diffuse dense infiltrate of lymphocytes, plasma cells and macrophages involving the upper and mid-dermis. The patient then advice for phospholipid derivative, miltefosine as treatment for post kala-azar dermal leishmaniasis.
