- This article discusses scleral contact lense fitting and their benefits to irregular cornea patients. It tackles candidates for scleral lenses, the visual acuity being provided by gas permeable optics of scleral lenses, and factors to be considered by eye care practitioners when fitting scleral lenses in patients.
