Abstract

A case study is presented of a 45‑year‑old female presented with bluish green hyperkeratotic plaques in both palms and soles. It informs that the patient was diagnosed as a case of alkaptonuria, an autosomal recessive disorder, and she was given a high dose of Vitamin C. It informs that the patient also showed degenerative changes in both Achilles tendons and tear in left side.
