Creativity and Effectiveness in the Use of Electronic Monitoring: A Case Study of Five European Jurisdictions.

The article presents a study on creativity and effectiveness in the use of electronic monitoring (EM). Topics discusses include use of five jurisdictions in Europe including Belgium, England and Wales to evaluates criminal justice process across the jurisdictions in the study; use of EM for diverse purposes and in diverse ways across the jurisdictions; and issues that restricts judicial and public understanding of EM.
