Abstract
- The article reports the increasing number of cases filed against restaurant companies in the U.S. as of late October 2016 over alleged violations of the American Disabilities Act (ADA). Under the lawsuits, the firms' websites discriminated against guests with visual impairment. Also cited are the cases filed against restaurants like Outback Steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse, and Olive Garden, and the comment by law firm Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP's Keith Rozanski on the development.
