Abstract
- The authors discuss aspects of medical care during emergencies and war. They mention the negligence on the equity and neutrality of medical mission in modern disputes wherein militant factions are separated through identities such as sect, religion and ethnicity. An overview of an analysis on the risk experienced by medical personnel and establishments during conflict is also presented.
