3D reconstruction computed tomography scan in diagnosis of bilateral wilm's tumor with its embolus in right atrium.

The article presents a case study of a 3-year-old girl who was admitted to a hospital for complaints of bilateral Wilm's tumor in the abdomen. The patient then underwent ultrasonic examination which revealed a tumor in her right and left kidneys. The patient was then subjected to a preoperative chemotherapy and an ultrasonic examination for monitoring.
