Abstract

The article describes General information about monitoring certification processes at the enterprises of the forest industry, which is an effective mechanism of modern enterprise management. Presents information about the carrying out of certification processes at the enterprises of the holding Solombalales. A scheme of supply of wood raw materials in holdings of JSC Solombala Sawmill and Woodworking Plant and JSC Solombala Pulp-and-Paper Mill. The article considers the choice of the audit company during the tender. Presents possible stakeholders involved in the certification process. Considered the improvement of the forest management certification processes that is connected with preservation of high conservation value forests. One of the options for the saving of high conservation value forests is the allocation of moratorium areas, including strict conservation zones and buffer zones. Non-governmental environmental organizations are reducing the allowable cut, corresponding to the allocated moratorium zones. Monitoring chronological date allows you to plan the volume of certified products and timely reveal shortcomings in the planning of certification processes in time. Underestimation of the monitoring certification processes may lead to the revocation or suspension of a certificate, and ultimately to large financial losses and loss of company image. Specified number of changes in the method of certification audits associated with the improvement of certification. Are the findings related to monitoring of certification processes. The findings indicated on unequivalent assessment of three aspects of the enterprise: environmental, social and economic, as the auditors are mostly specialists of the environmental unit.
