Abstract
- The article analyzes the perceived burden of informal caregivers and how they currently cope with caregiver burden. It explores the ideas of caregivers about potential solutions to diminish their burden. The main sources of burden are cited, including time-consuming and exhaustive nature of caring, becoming totally absorbed by the caregiving situation, and a perceived lack of support.
