Abstract
- The article presents a study which developed a decision support system to distinguish children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) from other similar children behavioral disorders like depression, anxiety and comorbid depression. Also cited are the use of artificial neural network (ANN) as a nonlinear classification method in medical diagnosis, and a comparison of the radial basis function against the multilayer perceptron neural networks.
