Abstract
- The article reports that the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India issued a consultation paper to provide consumers free Internet services in the net neutrality plan. Topics discussed include the paper called for business models to be used by service providers in implementing a non-discriminatory platform to render free data, and SavetheInternet volunteer Nikhil Pahwa criticised the paper as unnecessary due to net neutrality issues being addressed.
