Abstract

The article discusses Adopted Amendments to the Early Intervention Program of the Department of Human Services under Title 89, Part 500 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes (ILCS) effective June 29, 2016. It notes that the amendments seek to update the address listed in the administrative rules for requesting a Due Process Hearing or Mediation, and corrects an error in Section 500.120(f) pertaining to the maintenance of books, records, and documents by providers.
