TRAI'S Web of Confusion.

The article discusses the consultation papers on net neutrality by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India as of July 2016 (TRAI). These consultation papers include one that prohibit telecommunication and Internet firms to charge or offer discriminating tariffs for data services. It argues that net neutrality is a tricky issue and that TRAI's approach in achieving net neutrality has only created confusion.
