Abstract
- The article discusses the research entitled "Future of Work in the Digital Age" conducted by the KU Leuven and Ultrecbht University and commissioned by Randstad, wich outline the transition in the labor market. It mentions two phenomena such as deindustrialization and job polarization in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development countries. It also noted that the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) can boost innovation and economic growth.
