Abstract: The article presents the strategies and techniques in arthroscopic hill-sachs remplissage with bankart repair. Steps include anterior capsulolabral mobilization and glenoid preparation, preparation of the hill-sachs defect, and remplissage with the posterior aspect of the capsule and infraspinatus tendon. The anterior bankart repair and postoperative rehabilitation protocol are also discussed.
