Abstract: The inclusion of elastic rescattering and annihilation of quark-antiquarks pairs in final state can explain the -dependency for cross-section ratio of and mesons in charge exchange reaction. The estimation for mixing angle with isoscalar states and hidden strangeness has been obtained. The consistent description of and meson outputs in , and decays was also considered.
