CHALLENGES TO ENGINEERS' TRAINING IN THE NORTH-WEST BLACK SEA REGION.

The paper presents the vision, strategy and goals set in the Guidelines for sustainable development of the region of North-East Bulgaria, North-West region of the Black Sea. In the focus of analysis are the requirements to the higher education in this region so that the goals set in the Guidelines can be accomplished.
