Abstract
- Three-dimensional flow of anisotropic plastic layer compressed by parallel rough flat dies is considered. Ideal plastic material model with Hill anisotropic yield criterion modification of Mises isotropic model is used with associated plastic flow rule. General solution of a thin layer plastic flow problem with Prandtl linear velocity and shear stress variation in layer thickness direction is presented. Effects of contact friction force vector module and direction on the layer pressure on the dies and the layer plastic flow are considered. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
