Abstract

The article presents a study on the turnover frequency of nurses in relation to geriatric care. Topics include the use of the Job Demands-Resources model to identify factors such as social conflicts, supervisor support, and time pressure, a look into the concept of turnover intention, and the protective role of task identity. It also discusses the importance of job satisfaction, social conflicts, and the critical nature of home care services.
