She discusses HR's (Human Resource) role and its changes, her perspective on technology in HR and HR finds balance between encouraging collaboration and data side. She states that HR people have to attract, retain talent and handle employee relations. She mentions that technology such as social tools that help people connect in work area and balance is there using analytics to understand a person.
