Schools White Paper.

The article presents arguments regarding the white paper, titled "Educational Excellence Everywhere," published by the government of Great Britain. Issues and concerns are the proposal to force all schools to become academies and the majority to join multi-academy trusts or chains by 2022, shift in the policy and practice of the government's free school and academy agenda, and role of parent governors and local authorities.
