Abstract
- Herein we report on a charge-adaptive nanosystem for prolonged and enhanced in vivo antibiotic delivery. The nanocarrier achieves acid-dependent charge conversion, thus prolonging the circulation time and enhancing antibiotic accumulation in subcutaneous inflammation models. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
