De-mystifying pharmacoeconomics and a suggestive approach to evaluating the cost-effectiveness of antimicrobial stewardship.

The article presents a grant report from the Novartis Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia Pharmacoeconomics (PE) grant covering the cost-effectiveness analysis (CEA) workshop by the Centre for Health Economics at the University of York in Heslington, England and the practice implications for hospital pharmacists.
