Preliminary Observations on Efforts to Improve Tracking of Obligations and Projected Utilization.

The article presents the study carried out by the government agency the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) on ways of enhancing the tracking and resolving the funding gap of the government agency the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for the 2015 fiscal year. The topics discussed include the areas where funding gaps are present and the recommendations of GAO in addressing the issue.
