Abstract
- The article discusses various developments related to promoting employees well-being. Topics discussed include decrease in staff sickness absence for the second time in a year, planning of the Ministry of Defence to use 2 million pound taken from banks as part of "Libor" fines to help injured servicemen and veterans use prosthetics, and publication of the first clinical guideline on diagnosing and managing menopause by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).
