The article offers the author's insights on the importance of understanding the relationship between hazard and risk in the safety of food supply and medications. The principles discussed in understanding the hazard and risk relationship include the significance of dosage, the critical of timing, the difference among people, and things change. Also mentioned are the negative aspects of the food supply, food ingredients, and food processing.
