Reports on the Primary Care and Mental Health Services Bridge Program developed by the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center in New York City. Development of a model for reaching Asian Americans; Little awareness of Asian Americans of mental health issues; Evidence that mental illness and seeking psychiatric services are profoundly stigmatized among Asian Americans.
