Abstract

The article focuses on the evolution of consumers' definition of all-natural food products, and the need for store brand product development. Topics discussed include the perception of consumer for natural and organic food and beverage products, the focuses of ecological-shoppers (eco-shoppers) on tracing the source of their food supply, and the demand for conventional non-genetically modified organism (GMO) inputs in the ingredient market.
