Abstract

The article discusses the key factors which allow Canadian firms to succeed in the global market. Four core resources which firms need to develop their Global Competitive Advantage (GCA) include skilled executives, foreign market knowledge, innovation capabilities and international networks. Linda Seymour of HSBC Bank Canada says workforce diversity is also important for firms to succeed internationally.
